HOW IT WORKS
1
We figure out what your conflict looks like
Canary starts by talking to HR about what kinds of conflict you are seeing and sending out a brief survey to employees. Think of it as a "needs assessment" to figure out how we can best serve you and your employees.
2
You decide what kind of support you want
Canary offers various tiers of service. You can use us to do just our Conflict Orientation session. We can also provide ongoing support when employees need it, or we can be the first point of contact whenever employees experience conflict.
3
We do our Conflict Orientation session
Forget respectful workplace training! We want growth, not groans! We facilitate a conflict orientation session based on our expertise and on the survey responses from employees. It's 90 minutes long and it's driven by employees. No slides. No weird animations. Real talk about how workplace conflict arises and how employees want to handle it.
4
We give you ongoing support and reporting
Things don't end after the conflict orientation session.
Every client gets the results from quarterly anonymous surveys to measure conflict among employees. You also have the option of giving employees access to a Canary Advisor (the same one who did the Conflict Orientation session) to provide ongoing support when they deal with conflict. All consults with advisors are confidential, but employers get access to a dashboard so they can see the types of conflicts employees experience and how they want them resolved.
