Will Goldbloom, a lawyer and workplace investigator, noticed a recurring problem: board members often didn’t hear about concerns with organizational leaders until they had escalated into serious conflicts or crises.
He wanted to give employees a safe, structured way to share concerns early and anonymously, so issues could be addressed proactively.
At the same time, he aimed to provide boards with timely insight into the challenges employees were experiencing with leadership, enabling them to take informed, proactive steps to strengthen the organization and its culture.
